How to Integrate with Trendyol: A Step-by-Step Guide for Sellers

Trendyol is one of Turkey’s largest marketplaces. For sellers starting out with a handful of products, the seller panel may be enough; but as product count and order volume grow, a Trendyol integration becomes essential. In this guide we walk through the steps and the points to watch.

Why do you need a Trendyol integration?

  • Automatically syncing stock with your website, warehouse and other marketplaces,
  • Updating prices for hundreds of products at once,
  • Transferring orders to your ERP and accounting without manual entry,
  • Avoiding late-shipment penalties by reporting shipping details automatically.

Step 1: Get your API credentials

You get your seller ID and API keys from the integration section of the Trendyol seller panel. These credentials allow integration software to act on behalf of your account, so share them only with systems you trust.

Step 2: Prepare your product data

Each product needs a unique barcode, a clear title, a description and good-quality images. For variant products (size, color), each combination is defined with its own barcode. The better your data quality, the faster products get approved.

Step 3: Category and attribute mapping

Trendyol requires mandatory attributes for each category. Once you map your own categories to Trendyol’s and your attribute values to the ones Trendyol expects, new products are sent correctly and automatically.

Step 4: Stock and price synchronization

This is the most critical part of the integration. Stock should be fed from a centrally managed source, and only changed products should be sent. Pricing rules should account for Trendyol commission, shipping cost and campaign discounts.

Step 5: Orders and shipping

New orders are pulled at regular intervals, passed to the ERP as sales orders and sent to the warehouse. When the order is packed, the tracking information is sent back to Trendyol. Issuing the invoice automatically as an e-invoice / e-archive invoice completes the flow.

Step 6: Handle returns and cancellations

Putting returned items back into stock and correcting accounting records should also be part of the integration. Otherwise stock and customer accounts drift apart over time.

Common mistakes

  • Using the same barcode for different products,
  • Pushing all products in bulk too often and hitting API limits,
  • Not tracking failed product submissions,
  • Setting prices without accounting for commission and shipping costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Trendyol and other marketplaces be managed at the same time?

Yes. A well-designed integration layer feeds Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and N11 from the same stock and price source.

How does a Trendyol integration work if I have a WooCommerce store?

The store and Trendyol connect to the same stock source; a product sold on one channel drops instantly on the other. See our WooCommerce and ERP integration article for details.
